Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Working dive guide with professional status
- Science of diving certification
- Minimum of 60 open water dives totaling 40 hours or more
SSI Divemaster Certification recognizes candidates who have the knowledge and training to perform the duties of a Certified Assistant.
These duties include assisting SSI instructors during Try Scuba Diving, Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver and Continuing Education programmes.
